Duality Q ™ is seeking a driven and curiosity-powered Quantum Computing and Machine Learning Intern to join our forward-leaning research team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to explore the frontiers of quantum technology and apply emerging concepts to real-world computational, security, and optimization challenges.
As an intern, you will work alongside our technical leaders to support research and development across quantum computing, quantum machine learning (QML), and post-quantum security innovation. You will gain hands-on experience translating advanced theory into applied solutions that strengthen mission systems, accelerate discovery, and expand what is possible with next-generation computation.
• Contribute to research projects involving quantum algorithms, quantum-enhanced machine learning, and hybrid classical–quantum workflows
• Assist with simulations, modeling, and data exploration to support quantum performance experiments
• Explore emerging breakthroughs in quantum computing, QML, and post-quantum cryptography
• Support testing and documentation of prototypes designed for defense, scientific, and enterprise use cases
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of quantum computing, machine learning, or advanced computation principles
• Strong analytical thinking, research skills, and problem-solving mindset
